Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping offers may be available during promotional campaigns or on selected orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) to track your shipment.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
