Return Conditions

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video and clear product images are mandatory for verification.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind.

Personal preference or dislike of the product.

Personalized or customized products.

Used or worn products.

Products without an unboxing video for damage claims.

Minor variations in color or design due to photography or screen settings.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

If the product is unavailable for replacement, a full refund will be issued.
